By using our service, you signify your acceptance to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our service.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS.

All reservations must be made through Web, Email or calling directly to the office. To secure the reservation you must provide a credit card or other payment method that is applicable with the company’s policy.

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid cancellation fee (which is the total price of the ride).

NO-SHOWS

Last minute changes and cancelations are subject to a No Show Fee (Which is the full price of the ride)

Also the costumer must contact the office (base) if do not see the driver, or running late from the pickup time to avoid the no show fee (which is full price of the ride).

BILLING
All rides must be paid in full either by credit card, or other payment methods that is applicable. However, we do also accept cash and can be collected by the driver. Luxlimonyc services Inc, accepts the following cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa Card and Discover.

All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the preventing exchange rate.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE.
The costumer will be fully responsible for any physical damages that would cause to the vehicle by them and they will be charged for all the fees that the vehicle will need to be repaired.
