By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.


RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS.

All reservations must be made through our website, by email, or by calling our office directly. To secure a reservation, a valid credit card or other approved payment method must be provided at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid cancellation fee (which is the total price of the ride).

NO-SHOWS Last minute changes and cancelations are subject to a No Show Fee (Which is the full price of the ride)

Also the costumer must contact the office (base) if do not see the driver, or running late from the pickup time to avoid the no show fee (which is full price of the ride).

BILLING All rides must be paid in full either by credit card, or other payment methods that is applicable. However, we do also accept cash and can be collected by the driver. Luxlimonyc services Inc, accepts the following cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa Card and Discover.

All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the preventing exchange rate.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE.

The costumer will be fully responsible for any physical damages that would cause to the vehicle by them and they will be charged for all the fees that the vehicle will need to be repaired.

LUXLIMONY SERVICES INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS AND CONDITION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE
